Turnaround Time
Turnaround can be as fast as one business day or a slow as 8+ business days. Overall times depends on the options you choose when placing the order. (Production time options and shipping methods) For example, we are currently offering $49.95 for a 6ft cutout, that is when you select a production time of "SUPER SAVER - 5 Business Day production time". If you want it to be produced faster, we offer other options that are more costly.
NOTE: During this Covid19 and Riots in parts of the US, we have found many USPS and Fedex shipments taking longer than usual. Keep in mind, we are not responsible for the shipping times. We only are responsible for what we can control, which is production time.
Please choose a production and a shipping method that will keep you ahead of schedule. USPS has been more delayed than Fedex, but neither are perfect.
If your order is time sensitive, we suggest that you do not use USPS and choose the correct production time & shipping method that will give you a buffer of time in the possible scenario that the carrier is delayed.
International packages have more delays that domestic. We recommend Fedex and UPS over USPS. Costs more, but at least you get tracking all the way from start to finish.
IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND: Turnaround time = Production Time + Shipping Time
Production time is the time it takes for us to manufacture your custom product, pack it, and hand it to the shipping company (Can be 1-5 business days depending on the production time you choose before adding to cart)
Shipping time is the length of time it takes the carrier (shipping company like USPS or Fedex) to deliver it to you. We have no control over this, and we offer different services that the carriers offer.
Our production department produces cutouts Monday Through Friday excluding holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation at time of order to the email address entered during the checkout process. The only other email you will receive is when your order ships, which is usually at the end of day when the carrier picks up. Some carriers do not always scan package, which may delay your shipment notification. . If you do not get a shipment notification by 5pm EST on the last business day of production time that you chose, please email us. It would be rare for us to miss a deadline.
Shipping times for USPS Priority Mail is typically Monday Through Saturday. Fedex is Monday Through Friday unless Overnight Saturday Delivery is selected.
If your order has multiple production times selected (ie. Order has 2 cutouts, and one of the cutouts has a 2-3 day turnaround time, and the other has a 5 day turnaround time), we will base it on the longer turnaround time.
We offer two to three types of production time options:
Our most popular choice is standard production time for a cutout is 2-3 business days.
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.
We also offer a Rush Service of 1 Business Day production time. This does not mean Same Day production. If you need same day, you need to contact us via email or live chat, because depends on the time of day and workload. Rush service of 1 Day production is an additional $50 per cutout. Cut off time for next day rush service is 11:00pm EST. Example: Order 10:59pm on Monday, we will ship it Tuesday. Order 11:01pm EST on Monday, we can not guarantee it, but will do our best to make it happen. If you email us after you place order on a RUSH, we can let you know if it will ship the following day or not.
For those who want to save as much money on their order, they can opt for our Super Saver production time. This is available on some items. This takes 5 business days to produce your item. Remember, production time plus shipping time is the time it takes to receive your order.
We offer 3 Different shipping methods.
1. The standard shipping is USPS Priority mail which USPS says will take anywhere from 2-3 Days for most of the USA. The cost is $9.95 and most economical. Remember, USPS Priority Mail is not a guaranteed service.
2. We also offer Express Mail from USPS which is 1-2 Days for an additional charge. Our experience is this is not that reliable for Next Day service.
3. For the most reliable and fastest shipping method, we offer Fedex Priority Overnight at an additional charge. This will arrive next day.
Remember, NO shipping company (USPS, Fedex, UPS, DHL) is 100% reliable for delivering packages on time From our experience, Fedex is the most reliable at about 98% reliable. USPS Priority Mail is about 80% reliable, USPS Express Mail is 50% reliable. It is always best to give yourself a few days buffer to guarantee you get your package ahead of time. Holiday time is extra unreliable, so be sure to use the appropriate shipping if timing is a concern.
In summary, you need to determine when you need the product, and determine which production time option and which shipping option will work for you. Fedex does not consider Saturday & Sunday as a shipping day. USPS tends to count Saturday as a shipping day. No shipping company is perfect, so trying to be 100% sure of when it will be delivered is sometimes difficult. You can count on our company producing the product on time. Shipping times, however, are out of our control. We are NOT responsible for delays or lost packages due to the shipping company. We will, however, do our best to put in insurance claims for damage or lost packages for you.
